Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to us at admin@itsmintcorinne.com with your exchange request. Local exchanges are preferred but if your items need to be shipped, you will be responsible for paying any and all shipping fees. Return address will be provided when the exchange request has been confirmed. The product should be unopened or in new condition. If the product has been used, please specify this when contacting us and we will determine if the exchange can be fulfilled.
